You Are Not Alone
Healthcare professionals can face unique challenges. Long hours, high expectations, and significant professional responsibilities make it difficult to recognize when support is needed. Substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and chronic physical conditions can affect professionals at every stage of their careers.
Many professionals delay seeking support because of stigma, concerns about confidentiality, fear of professional consequences, or the belief that they should be able to manage these challenges on their own. Unfortunately, these barriers can prevent individuals from accessing help early, when it may be most effective.
The Montana Assistance Program encourages healthcare professionals to seek help early and provides a pathway to access support, resources, and monitoring.
